Great staff, but watch out for cancellations!
The reception staff were super friendly and sorted our small issue quickly. Had a nice dinner at the bar, too. They kept canceling my reservations without a peep, which was a bummer. Just make sure everything’s good before you go!

great spot for easy access to theaters and landmarks
I loved being just less than a 5-minute walk to Piccadilly Circus, and it was a quick stroll to Trafalgar Square, which made my city explorations super easy and enjoyable. also, my stay included incredibly polite staff who made me feel right at home as a single traveler.

Unfortunately, many rooms lack windows, which can be a real downer, especially considering the bustling location. The air conditioning didn't seem effective, leaving the room stuffy. We encountered issues with the kettle, which we found missing initially, and trying to get one took over two hours. Access to the rooftop bar was limited since the key card reader was broken, compounded by slow lifts, I’d recommend taking the stairs if you’re feeling adventurous. Breakfast felt basic and didn’t hit the mark for the price, leaving us wishing for more variety or warmth. for what we paid, it didn’t quite meet expectations.

The amenities were not as extensive as expected for the price.

The Premium Queen Room was comfy with a nice view of Leicester Square. It had a coffee machine and kettle, which was a plus for morning brews. The decor is unique, and the space felt clean. the air conditioning could’ve been better, it was a bit stuffy at times. the bathroom walls are transparent, which might not be everyone's cup of tea.
